When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2014, at around 02:05, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.159% of blood alcohol concentration 0.159%, and the Defendant driven a C-learning car at the section of approximately 17km from the Dosung-gun to the top of the Dosung-gun in front of the same military line in the same Dosung-gun.
