피고인은 피해 자가 뒤를 돌아보자 양손으로 피해자의 양 어깨를 밀어 넘어뜨린 후 피해자가 메고 있던 가방을 잡아챘고, 피해자가 빼앗기지 않으려고 가방을 붙잡자 가방을 잡아끌면서 바닥에 넘어져 있는 피해자를 약 50cm 끌고 가 시가 5만 원 상당의 가방을 빼앗아 가 강 취하였는데, 가방 안에는 화장품, 보조 배터리 등이 들어 있었다.

2. On April 21, 2017, around 23:30, the Defendant discovered the victim F (or 26 years of age) on the front side of the apartment complex E-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and changed back to the victim.

피고인은 피해자가 어깨에 메고 있던 가방을 손으로 잡아당겨 빼앗으려고 하였으나 피해자가 가방끈을 손으로 잡고 놓지 않은 채 도와 달라며 소리를 지르자 피해자에게 “ 씹할 년 아 조용히 해 ”라고 말하며 가방을 세게 잡아당겨 시가 130만 원 상당의 루 이비 통 가방을 빼앗아 가 강 취하였는데, 가방 안에는 시가 100만 원 상당의 샤넬 지갑 1개, 화장품 등이 들어 있었다.
