Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving C and C in the third cargo vehicle.

On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on April 17, 2017:10, and led Party A to turn to the left at the two-lane road in front of the Ethical point in Sinpo-si D at Sinpo-si, in accordance with one-lane from the sugar to the third square.
