Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant, as North Korean defectors, has income from the basic living cost of KRW 900,000 per month, he purchased insurance products from several insurance companies that do not meet the level of his ability to pay his insurance premiums, he tried to receive insurance proceeds by treating them as if it is a serious disease requiring long-term hospitalization, or at least a minor symptoms that do not require long-term hospitalization.
1. The Defendant: (a) even though he did not have been hospitalized in the above period, he did not have been hospitalized on the ground that he was hospitalized for 21 days from April 7, 2009 to April 27, 2009 on the ground that he was hospitalized in the hospital located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for 21 days on the ground that he was hospitalized in the hospital, and was actually hospitalized for 21 days from the hospital located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Newdong-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and the Newdong-dong, the Dongjak-gu, Seoul, but he did not have been hospitalized for the above period; (b) on April 27, 2009, the Defendant submitted a written confirmation of hospitalization and a written claim for insurance money to the person who was unaware of the name of the staff member of the Mz and fire, and submitted the written statement of confirmation of hospitalization and a written claim for insurance money from the above non-resident to April 28, 2009, by 308.
2. The Defendant: (a) even though he was merely suffering from minor distress and did not need hospital treatment; (b) however, he was registered with the above member for a long time from September 14, 2009 to October 20 of the same year for 34 days, and actually did not receive normal hospital treatment, such as returning to Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Guro-gu, Dongjak-gu, Incheon, etc.; and (c) while hiding such fact.
