A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 4, 2019, at around 21:40 on September 21, 2019, Defendants A and B met “D” restaurant located in C, YY-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeong-gun, without permission, with the victim E (Nam, 46 years of age) and f, and Defendant A took a claim from the victim that “whether the horses are too serious,” and Defendant A took a bath to the above F, and Defendant A took a part of the victim’s head as the main disease of the dangerous object on the table. Defendant B took a part of the victim’s head, which is a source of dangerous object on the table table, and took part of the victim’s head, which is an object on the table table.
