1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Case history, etc.

A. The Plaintiff is engaged in wholesale and retail business for vehicles with the trade name called D (former E). The Defendant is a corporation established pursuant to Article 76(1) of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Local Public Enterprises Act, and is engaged in the management of sports facilities and the collection and transportation of household wastes by category.

B. On April 8, 2019, the Defendant published a re-tender for the purchase of goods (hereinafter “instant bidding”) with respect to the “the replacement of the purchase of goods” (hereinafter “the purchase of goods”) as F in the public notice of B, and the main contents thereof are as follows.

(a) Purchase: Replacement of purchase of C;

(b) Details of the purchase, the specifications of the items required by the EA (EA) and the amount required by the EA, see 280 75,781,440 typhical specifications, replacement, attachment, etc.;

(c) Delivery period: One year from the date of contract; and

(e) Basic amount: including gold 75,781,440 won/value-added tax;

2. Period for submitting a tender: from April 16, 2019 to April 24, 2019: 17:00

3. Date, time, venue, and venue of opening: April 25, 2018 (Water) 11:00 National Integrated Electronic Procurement System (Bagter);

4. Methods of submitting tenders;

(a)This tender shall be executed through an electronic tender, and following the application of the Symological and written tender system of the Public Procurement Service, the bidder shall visit the Public Procurement Service in advance and have his fingerprints registered, and shall submit his/her tender after the identification of the bidder for fingerprint certification when submitting the tender.

(b)the tender must be submitted on the national master electronic procurement system (htp:/www.G2B.go.r) electronic tendering system;

6. Projected price and method of determining successful bidder;

(a) using the “Prepaid Price Preparation Program” of the National Integrated Electronic Procurement System (G2B), each company participating in the tender on the basis of multiple preliminary prices of 15 different 15 units prepared within the limit of 3 per cent of the basic amount by drawing (two choices), respectively;
