1. The reasons why the court should explain this case are stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding "this court" to "court of the court of first instance", "No. 16, 17" to "No. 16, and "No. 16, 17", and "No. 16, 20" to "No. 16, 20" as "No. 16, 20", and "No. 16, 200" to "the results of inquiry and reply to the President of the University of Life and Industry at B of this Court" as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this shall be cited in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act

2. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
