A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 8, 2014, at around 23:30 on March 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took the influence of alcohol in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, Kimhae-si; (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant expressed 10 minutes of the victim’s restaurant business by means of a large amount of “influence of the inside money”, “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am.” on the part of the Defendant, on the part of the victim’s restraint, and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.
