1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant opened a E consortiumF dormitory 112, where the victim D (28 tax) located in E.D. at E. 23:00 on May 23, 2017, and went into action and took 40,000 won out on the part of the victim’s land owned by the victim, who was on the part of E.W., and was in contact with the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

B. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a E consortiumF dormitory 106, in which the victim G (28 years old) residing in the ocheon-si, Leecheon-si (28 years old); and (b) intruded into a unit, and took 40,000 won out of the wall owned by the victim located in the back, and went into the back.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

(c)

On May 26, 2017, at around 11:17, the Defendant: (a) opened the first floor window of the said dormitory, which was not corrected for the first time in E consortium I, where the victim H (37 tax) located in Echeon-si, Leecheon-si, and went into action, and took 175,000 won out of the wall owned by the victim on the part of EA, which was located in EA, and was not corrected.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

(d)

On May 31, 2017, at around 08:20, the Defendant: (a) opened a window in the above dormitory 106 of the said dormitory located in the victim J (30 years of age) who was not corrected for the E consortiumF dormitory in Ischeon-si C, Leecheon-si; and (b) intruded into the said dormitory, and took 80,000 won out of the wall in the victim’s wall owned by the victim and placed on the cooling and heating.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:17, 2017, from the front of the E consortiumF dormitory located in E/C to the front of the said dormitory via the L convenience point located in E/C at Ansan in Ansan-si; and (b) from around 4 km to the front of the said dormitory.
