A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 10 million won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;
A. The Defendant committed the crime of July 31, 2020, around 17:00 on July 31, 2020, entered the “D” in the above factory in order to steals cash within the “D” located in Kimhae-si, and came to possess KRW 70,000 in cash owned by the victim E, which was kept in the clothes room in the second floor of the above factory.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure and stolen the victims' property.
B. On August 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on August 4, 2020, opened a dormitory entrance that was not corrected to steal cash, etc. in a dormitory located in F, Kimhae-si; (b) opened a dormitory entrance and reported a 1,300,000 won in cash owned by the victim H, which was kept in the 2nd floor of the said dormitory; and (c) reported the 3,500 won in market value at the 3rd floor of the said dormitory.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure and stolen the victims' property.
C. The Defendant committed the crime of August 10, 2020, around 16:30 on August 10, 2020, opened a dormitory entrance that was not corrected in order to steal cash, etc. in a dormitory where the employees of the said company reside and opened a dormitory entrance and possessed 9,000 won in cash owned by the victimJ, which was kept in the clothes room on the second floor of the said dormitory.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure and stolen the victim's property.
2. The Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on August 3, 2020, at LPCs located in K 3rd in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the Defendant used the victim B’s toilet in a way that the victim B took 10,000 won in cash on the wall of the said victim’s toilet.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
