Part concerning Defendant F and G shall be reversed.
Defendant
F and G shall be punished by imprisonment for four months, respectively.

Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. Defendant A, B, F, and G’s sentence (one year of imprisonment; one year of imprisonment; one year of confiscation; two years of suspended execution in April; two years of probation, probation, community service, etc.) of the lower court is too unreasonable.
B. The prosecutor (with respect to the defendant A, B, and D) of the lower court’s sentence against the defendant A and B and the sentence against the defendant D (two years of suspended sentence for eight months of imprisonment, two years of probation, one hundred and twenty hours of probation, one hundred and twenty hours of community service, confiscation) are deemed to be too unfasible and unfair.
2. Determination
A. Defendant A and B (Appeals) committed the crime of intimidation was committed against the village residents who oppose it in the process of establishing and operating a commercial sex business establishment in a small-scale village outside the Chuncheon City. The crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., committed by the Defendants, is highly harmful to society since women's sex is commercialized and thus, it is highly necessary to strictly punish the Defendants. The defendants have the records of punishment for the same kind of crime. The defendants recognize and reflect all of the crimes of this case. The defendants prepared a written oath to the effect that they will not engage in the commercial sex business in Chuncheon City. The residents of P, a village where the commercial sex business establishment of this case was established, do not want the punishment of the Defendants. Considering that they deposited KRW 1 million for the victim AB of the crime of intimidation in the judgment of the court below, the circumstances and circumstances of the defendants' sexual sex business establishment in favor of the defendants, etc., the circumstances of the crime of this case's circumstances, profits, and other circumstances that the defendants committed the crime of this case.
