All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendants (two years of suspended execution and 120 hours of community service order in one year of imprisonment; two years of suspended execution and 80 hours of community service order in eight months of imprisonment, etc.) is too unreasonable.

2. The defendants' misjudgments in depth and reflects their mistake, Defendant B is relatively minor and there is no record of punishment for the same kind of crime. However, each of the crimes of this case is committed in collusion with the defendants to operate a sexual traffic business establishment. Defendant A, while inducing the defendants to escape from a criminal by making a false statement at an investigation agency, Defendant B made the criminal escape by making a false statement at the investigation agency. Thus, the act of arranging sexual traffic is not considerably harmful to society, such as the commercialization of women's sex and damaging the sound sexual culture and good morals, and the act of aiding and abetting the criminal and its conduct also seriously damages criminal judicial action. Thus, the crime is very serious, and there is no need for strict punishment against the defendants. The defendants' motive, means and result of the crime of this case including similar criteria for handling this case, and there is no reason to accept the defendants' motive, circumstances of the crime of this case after the crime of this case, the circumstances of the crime of this case, the punishment of the defendants, the circumstances and circumstances, and the records are inappropriate.

3. As such, the Defendants’ appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since all of the appeals are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
