Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant interfered with the traffic by parking C-car on the front side of Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and preventing other vehicles from passing through.

Summary of Evidence

1. Partial statement of the defendant;

1. A protocol concerning the examination of partially the police officers of the accused;

1. A police investigation report (at the time of dispatch to the scene, etc.);

1. On-site photographing photographs (the Defendant asserts that a vehicle parked on the side of the Defendant’s vehicle, other than the Defendant’s vehicle, because he/she parked the Defendant’s vehicle in a place used by other ordinary residents as a parking place.

In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by each evidence in the holding, namely, the space where the Defendant parked a vehicle is a frame where parking space is not partitioned, and the Defendant does not provide a space where other vehicles are parked with knowledge of the fact that other vehicles are parked in the hullus, and does not immediately park the Defendant’s vehicle in the next side, regardless of the location of the person’s parking, it can be sufficiently recognized that the Defendant interfered with the traffic of other vehicles.

Therefore, we cannot accept the defendant's above assertion.
