1. Of the Plaintiff’s lawsuits against Defendant C, the attached appraisal Nos. 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 3.

1. On April 29, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into the instant agreement with the Defendants and Nonparty D, E, and F, with the following content, and notarized on the same day.

Details of the agreement: Contents of the case of interested parties related to camping doping utilizing G farm members:

1.C shall confirm that the actual owner of the land in B’s name is D and, in utilizing that land, shall proceed after prior action.

2.B shall be owned jointly by B and C as a tool for securing and maintaining access roads partitioned into pieces of Gyeonggi-gu H, and as a tool for securing and maintaining access roads subdivided into pieces of Gyeonggi-gu, and shall be donated to A for the remaining area.

3.B shall donate to A, the actual owner of share ownership and building B in the name of J in Gyeonggi-do.

4.C shall take over the financial liabilities of B (300,000,000) on condition that the daily balance of K and L land owned by B is transferred.

5. C does not claim all rights to all facilities installed for the purpose of camping the camping site operation in cases where the laws and regulations of the administrative office are not satisfied or C is unable to carry out the camping site due to the expiration of the period of use of the camping site-related land.

6. Subject to the implementation of all the above agreements, the free use of the rent items for three years from the items of the existing contract between D and C shall be changed from the terms of the contract to the free use for seven years.

7.C shall not engage in any and all acts that cause the business activities of a third party.

On April 30, 2014, in accordance with the instant agreement, Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 29, 2014, on the Plaintiff’s wife E with respect to 1/2 of his/her share of the land for fish farms 1670 square meters J in Gyeyang-gun, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “Seoul-do Yangyang-gun M”) on April 30, 2014.

Defendant B shall complete the principal registration based on the above provisional registration with respect to each real estate listed in the attached list registered in his own name (with respect to part of the above real estate, without completing the principal registration based on the above provisional registration).
