1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 257,787,00 for the Plaintiff A, KRW 247,473,00 for the Plaintiff B, and KRW 185,583,00 for the Plaintiff C.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff and Defendant D entered into a contract on consignment to trade and development consulting with the Plaintiff, etc. (1) and Plaintiff A were owners of 5,577 square meters of forest land in Gyeyang-gun, G forest land 6,212 square meters, H forest land 4,681 square meters, and 6,172 square meters of forest land, and Plaintiff C were owners of 5,830 square meters of J forest land.

2.The amount of money entrusted by “B” for the land of “B” shall be KRW 300,000 per square meter.

3. All on-site civil engineering costs and all other sales costs shall be borne by “B” and shall not be charged to “A”.

4. At the time of sale of all the above land, the contract shall be directly signed by the contractor (Buyer) designated by “B” and “A”, and “B” shall be signed in the capacity of the observers.

B.
