As to the crimes of this Act, the accused shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two months and the remaining crimes.

Punishment of the crime

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam Branch's branch on May 4, 2016, and was released on October 28, 2016 during the execution of the above sentence in the Western District Court's Western District Office, and the parole period expired on November 9, 2016.

In addition, on June 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement of stolen objects, etc. in the Sung-nam branch of the Suwon District Court on June 10, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 10, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the 3 North Korean Prison on April 10, 2018.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On April 10, 2017, around 10:16, the Defendant: (a) obtained a copy of the NongHym Card, which was lost by the victim B while on the street near the camping station located in 903, and then embezzled it without taking necessary measures, such as returning it to the victim’s intent to have.

B. On April 21, 2018, around 14:20, the Defendant: (a) obtained a new card lost by a victim C, who was placed on active service-based platform as 601, as Sungnam-si, and did not take necessary measures, such as returning it to the victim’s intent.

C. On May 20, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:20, embezzled a new physical card that was lost by the victim D, who was on the street near the camping station located in 903, and did not take necessary measures, such as acquiring a new physical card and returning it to the victim’s intent. D.

At around 00:20 on May 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained a citizen’s physical card, which was left behind the exit of 156, and then embezzled without taking necessary measures, such as returning it to the victim’s own will, as he/she had had, and then, returning it to the victim, as he/she had.
