A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:50 on April 28, 2015, in front of the Victim D’s house located in Gyeongbuk-gun C, the Defendant used the gap between the victim’s day-to-day, thereby putting in the entrance door, and putting in a TV pole, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, the victim’s market price installed therein, was 500,000, and stolen the Defendant’s Dama vehicle.
B. 2. At night, around 04:20 on April 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a victim H’s door-to-door G in Chungcheongnam-gun on the back of the office; (b) 125,270 won in cash (one sheet (10,000 won per day), three dives of 15,000 won (15,000 won); (c) 23 dives of 1,000 won (23,000 won); (d) 85 (42,50 won per day); (c) 321 (32,100 won per day); (d) 42,100 won per day (2,100 won); and (e) 570 million won per day and per day-to-day hives (ves) in the face-to-day column where he had been located.
3. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, followed by the method described in paragraph (2) in the door-to-door distribution room of the victim H operation, and did not commit an attempted crime, even though he/she did not hear the sound of the victim who was landed from the second floor to steals money and valuables.
4. Fraud;
A. On May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at Kmatet, and normally pay the Victim J, located in Gyeongbuk Nutrition I, around 17:40.
