A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, upon entering a financial institution, intended to steal certain money by demanding an exchange of paper money to employees from the counter and by cutting off the money under the so-called "underline".

1. Larceny;

A. In other words, the defendant was stolen by inserting it into the main machine of the defendant.

On March 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the Daegu-gu branch of the Daegu-gu Bank J., Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 12:07, 850,000 won, each of whom is under the direct supervision of the victim K, who is an employee of the counter, to exchange 600 Won Won Won Won Won Won only after receiving 60 copies of Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won, demanded the exchange of 60 Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won. The Defendant returned 60 Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won Won, and then deducted 850,00 won, each of which is under the direct supervision of the victim after the death of the victim, as one hand.

In other words, the defendant was stolen by inserting it into the main machine of the defendant.

On March 14, 2016, the Defendant, at a point of Daegu Bank M of Daegu L, Daegu L, Daegu, 13:28, 300 copies of daily KRW 300,000, to the victim N who is an employee of the counter.
