If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2020, the Defendant received an order from the racing market to take measures to properly dispose of approximately 400 tons of waste (three vehicles) stored in the racing city B and C at KRW 300 by February 26, 202.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not comply with the third order of the above racing market.
