Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, rape, robbery, and violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Support of Sugwon of Sugwon, on December 5, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on June 2, 2016.

[Criminal Facts]

1. At night, the Defendant, from March 3, 2018 to around 02:20 on the same day, intruded with the first floor entrance opened in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, with the entrance door of the victim K and the victim L, discovered the fact that the entrance door was opened, opened the entrance door, and intruded into the house, and then rupture of the victim, who was suffering from the loss of the inside bomb.
