[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, it is against Defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

AD Co., Ltd. is a corporation established in the GunJ for the purpose of processing, distributing, selling, etc. agricultural products; Defendant A applied in the name of the operator of the said company; and Defendant D Co., Ltd. for a project consisting of the total project cost of KRW 425,00,000, which was conducted in the Korea Forest Service; and was selected as a business entity on October 4, 201; and submitted a detailed project plan on February 22, 2012 and obtained approval.

B shall operate the “M” in the Gun L, and Defendant C shall operate the “O” in the N in the Gun where the Cheongbuk river is the Gun.

On September 13, 2012, Defendant A and Defendant B requested the issuance of a written estimate as if they were engaged in installation work with 15 rollx 10,000,000,000 won per unit when they were supplied with 650,000 or more to 700,000 won of electric hot water boiler from Defendant B and supplied the above boiler to the above B with 10,000 won of the market price at around 650,00,000,000 won of the above boiler. Defendant B consented to the issuance of a written estimate as if they were engaged in installation work with 15 rollx 15,00,000,000 won of the above boiler, and upon receipt of the price, Defendant B returned the remainder other than the actual boiler price to Defendant A on December 27, 2012.
