1. The Defendant’s KRW 257,801,142 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from May 1, 2015 to May 3, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company aimed at producing and planning film, drama, and animation, and the Defendant is a company that aims at providing 3D multi-level film-related service business, computer traffic service business, etc.

B. On November 19, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with the Defendant on March 3, 2014 for a part of the production of the SAVA animation (hereinafter “instant animation”) from Nonparty Russia (hereinafter “instant ordering entity”), and concluded a service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Defendant on March 3, 2014 for a part of the production of the instant animation (hereinafter “instantimation”).

(Defendant had already received the first data from the Plaintiff on December 17, 2013 and had an animation data assessment and work. (C)

The main contents of the instant service contract related to the instant case are as follows.

The title of animation: SAVA (AVA: Russia Dimation 3Dimation 2) total professional length is 8.96 minutes.

(3) Except as otherwise designated in the work manual, the work to be performed is very large as follows:

Stage A: Animation (Bocking, Pse, Final)/Stero/Dynamics (4) will comply thoroughly with the work manual of the contract and implement work based on the work data and data provided by A as indicated in the work manual.

(5) Both Party A and B agree to use Alibrain Esentist Program (Alibrain) and Cerebro Program (Cerebro) in the transfer and acquisition of goods procured and subordinate goods, and in the transfer and acquisition of materials and data provided by Party A.

Article 4 (Work Scope and Schedule) The Schedule for Eimation Work is planned from December 20, 2013 to March 28, 2014, and is affected by the completion period of production.
