A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seocho District Court’s territorial branch on June 13, 2012. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime.

Criminal facts

On July 22, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven a Chump motor vehicle in the state of alcohol with approximately 10k alcohol concentration of about 0.233% in the section of about 3457 from the vicinity of the shooting distance of Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the roads front of the Kansan Training Institute in the 3457 East Sea.

At around 02:30 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant damaged the “F” entrance, which was operated by the victim E in Yangyang-gun D2 of Gangwon-gun, by drinking alcohol at the entrance of the “F” ransing bar, the Defendant reported the completion of the business, and then closed the entrance again, and the Defendant destroyed the door at the entrance of the main entrance of the victim, the amount of KRW 100,000,000, market value of which was owned by the victim, was below the stairs.

On October 3, 2014, at around 21:25, the Defendant 2014, at around 21:25, the term “H restaurant,” the Defendant, “2014 Godan518,” referring to the victim J (56 years of age), on the ground that the victim J (the 56 years of age), told the victim of the dispute with I in the said restaurant.” The Defendant flicked one gate (aro 20cm, approximately 10cm in length, about 10cm in length), which is a dangerous object in front of the entrance of the said restaurant, and flicked the victim’s head 20 to 30cm above the victim’s head.
