Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2013. 3. 19. 21:15경 강원 양양군 양양읍 주청리에 있는 낙산시외버스터미널에서 술에 취한 상태로 피해자 C이 운전하는 시외버스에 탑승한 후 피해자가 안전벨트를 착용하라고 하자 “내가 니 할애비 뻘이다. 이 새끼야. 나쁜 새끼야.”라는 욕설을 한 다음 위 버스가 강원 양양군 양양읍 남문리에 있는 양양시외버스터미널에 도착할 때까지 계속하여 피해자에게 욕설을 하였다.

In addition, the defendant was unable to get off while the victim was obstructed by driving, but the victim was unable to get on board. However, the defendant continued to take a bath and prevented the bus from departing due to the disturbance.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's bus operation by force.
