A fine of 5 million won shall be imposed on the crimes of No. 4 of the holding in 2 years and 6 months for each of the crimes of No. 1 to 3 of the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jeonju District Court on October 7, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 15, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 15, 201,

1. The Defendant, along with D and E, intended to smuggling psychotropic drugs in China, intended to import psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related kylphones (ponphones; hereinafter referred to as “conphones”). E raised funds to purchase conphones, D purchased conphones in China, and the Defendant shared each of the roles that D purchases conphones and transported conphones purchased.

Accordingly, D and E, around December 3, 2009, received 3 million won from the Chinese F to G as the purchase price of phiphones from G, and received approximately 15g of phiphones from them, and transferred it to the defendant.

On December 4, 2009, the Defendant received approximately 15g of the penphones purchased by D and E from the Chinese F, and fixed them to both bucks, and entered the Incheon International Airport through the aircraft.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, imported philophones, and then imported 38g of total 10,500,000 won in total by the following methods: (a) from around that time to March 12, 2010, all of the market prices, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, was closely imported through six times in total.

2. On December 2009, the Defendant received KRW 700,000 from D to the deposit account managed by the Defendant under the name of the purchase price of opon, and then sold 0.7 grams of opon to E in front of the Hansan-gu H restaurant in the Jeonju-si, the Defendant sold 0.7 grams of opon to E.

3. Around April 2010, the Defendant sold Handphones: (a) around April 2010, the Defendant: (b) received KRW 100,000 as the price for trading Handphones from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Jel; and (c) delivered approximately 1.4g of Handphones to him; and (d) sold them.
