Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);
A. On July 10, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant taken pictures against his will another person’s body, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of sexual shame, by photographing a 20-year pen-type small camper under the body of the other person, who was in possession of a scoper in a white fluor, located in the Seoul subway 6 Line.
B. At around 10:00 on July 201, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of another person, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of sexual shame, by photographing a 20-year woman’s fright in the name unfolding body, which suffered a short end of the wave system in the same manner as that of the above paragraph (a), against his/her will.
C. At around 10:00 on July 201, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of another person, which might cause sexual humiliation or sexual humiliation, by photographing a 20-round 10-year woman’s boom in the name and body, suffering from a short testing method in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), against his/her will.
2.
