Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the 1st floor of the Gyeongsan Police Station 68, Jinsan-si on May 23:20, 2016, the Defendant: (b) found 112 at the 1st floor of the Gyeongsan Police Station 68, Jinsan-si, one of which was reported as a business obstruction; and (c) found her in the 112 situation room; (d) “When she did not interfere with her business, she was called 2 or called her, her evidence; (d) she called her her her shot,” and warns her employees in the situation room of her her shot, who were subject to punishment for her humfing at the government office; and (e) stated that she would be subject to punishment for her humping at the 1st floor of the Gyeongsan Police Station.”

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2016. 5. 26. 19:20경부터 같은 날 19:50경까지 경산시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 'E' PC방에서 술이 취해 별다른 이유 없이 그곳 카운터 위에 놓여 있는 코인카드를 손으로 쳐 바닥에 떨어뜨리고, 피해자에게 “뚱뚱한 놈 씹 돼지야, 개새끼야!”라고 욕설을 하며 큰소리로 소리를 치는 등 소란을 피워, 그 PC방에 있는 손님들을 불안에 떨게 하여 PC 업무를 제대로 하지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자의 PC방 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

On May 26, 2016, at around 20:45, the Defendant, at the detention room of the police station located in Gyeongsan-si, 68, at the time of Busan-si, destroyed things used by public offices by breaking up TV screen which is equivalent to 373,500 won at the market price.
