1. In relation to the election of representative by Dong 5, the plaintiff A shall be the representative by Dong 106 and 107.

From among the above 8 constituencies, H(1), the candidates for the 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 constituency, Plaintiff A (3 constituency), K (5 constituency), M (6 constituency), Plaintiff B (7 constituency), and N(8) made up the publicity materials of the A4 site (hereinafter “instant printed materials”) to promote their six candidates (hereinafter “instant candidates”).
