1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is the tenant of B Apartment-si (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), and the defendant is the election commission of the apartment of this case composed of the representative of each apartment of this case or the council of occupants' representatives in order to elect and dismiss the representatives of the apartment of this case and the officers of the council of occupants' representatives.
