Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run the motor vehicle management business of "2013, 3626" shall register with the authorities.

Nevertheless, at around 16:30 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant, without registering with the authority, provided a motor vehicle design tool, such as a backer, the compact presses, and the strawer, operated by the Defendant in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and operated a motor vehicle management business without registration.

The Defendant is a person who renders a motor vehicle maintenance business under the trade name of "C" in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
