Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Central District Court for the crime of fraud, false securities uttering, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2012. On February 7, 2013, the Seoul East East District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of fraud, and the crime of interference with the exercise of rights, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on February 15, 2013.

B.
