1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 270,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the period from April 21, 2016 to August 22, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity that runs the wholesale and retail business, trade business, etc., Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a legal entity that manufactures the Formula 2 mechanical manufacturing business, etc., and Defendant C is the representative director of the Defendant Company.

B. On September 30, 2014, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) entered into a contract with E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) with the content that the Nonparty Company should develop and operate the character experience center at a specific place within the Friart, a place of business, and pay fees to E, on its own cost and responsibility.

C. On October 25, 2014, the Defendant Company established and operated a facility and content for 4D screening in Friart’s “Character Experience Center” and entered into a commission sales contract with the Defendant Company to pay the fee to the Nonparty Company.

On March 17, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into an investment contract with the Defendant Company with the main content of the following matters (hereinafter “instant investment contract”).

In concluding a contract for the production cost investment (hereinafter referred to as "investment") in the production cost of a drug character "4D multi-level video center" (hereinafter referred to as "4D video center"), the plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as "A") and the defendant company (hereinafter referred to as "B") shall conclude an investment contract in relation to the construction of the production and facility as follows:
