Defendant

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant, while in office as the president of the instant association, was engaged in the business of representing the association and exercising overall control over the affairs of the association.

When concluding a service contract for the assessment of environment-friendly housing by proxy with the Dispute Resolution Council, the Defendant prepared a contract for the settlement of the amount of the service fees and paid the service fees, and then embezzled the amount of the instant association by receiving the difference from the Dispute Resolution Council and using it voluntarily.
