Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2014, at around 22:46, the Defendant resisted the victim B (54 years of age) who was a substitute driver in front of the 148-ro, Young-ro, Young-gu, Gwangju Mine-ro, 148, the main text of this case, called the Defendant’s vehicle at a designated driving company operating in a direction different from the destination of the Defendant.

이때 피고인은 피해자가 한숨을 쉬어 기분이 나쁘다는 이유로 차량을 멈추게 한 후 피해자에게 “씹할 놈! 왜 한숨을 쉬냐”고 하면서 피해자의 멱살을 잡고 5회 가량 흔들어 폭행하였다.
