1. The point of interfering with the business of the victim C;
A. From around 11:00 on October 27, 2014 to around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) in the “E” operated by the Victim C (A) located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (c) told the victim that “I would be dead; (d) would not be dead; (e) would have been dead; (e) would have been dead; and (e) would have been drinking; and (e) would have been dead in the form of a knife and knife; and (e) requested the victim to leave, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as “I will die in the form of weather, dog, knife, and knife.”
B. From 15:00 to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s business by force by avoiding the disturbance by stating that “I will die” to the victim under the influence of alcohol at the above store; and (b) prevented other customers from entering the said hall; and (c) obstructed the victim’s business of collecting the hall by force.
2. From October 28, 2014 to 15:00 on October 28, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of the victim F (n, 42 years of age) in the “H” operated by the victim F (n, n, n, e) in Kimpo-si G, and expressed the victim’s desire to “Secing years, openings, and raids,” and walking the entrance door to the string, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance, by preventing other customers from entering the said string.
3. From October 28, 2014 to around 15:10 on October 28, 2014, the Defendant followed the “K” operated by the victim I (Woo, 58 years of age) at Kimpo-siJ from around 15:40, as follows: (a) the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to read “this two-year life is dead, the same as the opening,” (b) the sponsed with the display stand in hand, and (c) the “spick down”, (d) the glass door in hand, (d) the Defendant shicked the door, and (e) the sound “I will see the incidental supply and demand cost.”
