A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:40 on December 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that, within the F taxi driven by the victim E (Nam, 56 years of age), the Defendant: (b) was a victim’s head on the hand floor on the ground that the victim did not properly park his/her vehicle; and (c) the victim gets off the taxi to get off the taxi, he/she saw the victim’s head on one occasion; (d) saw the victim’s head on one occasion; and (e) saw the victim to get off the taxi, he/she saw the victim’s head and face over the floor; and (e) saw the victim’s head and face on the back of the taxi, the victim’s head and face cannot be known to the victim when taking the head and face on the back of the taxi into drinking and hand.

2. Around 00:10 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant in the H box located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) requested the Defendant to present his identification card by the victim I, a police officer affiliated with the above police box, to do so; (c) the said I expressed a great desire for the victims to “I to see that I will bring about a bitch of bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch; and (d) the victim K, a police officer affiliated with the above police box, again requested the victim to present his identification card; and (d) the victim’s bit of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a police officer.”
