Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Jeonju District Court, and on March 2, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the said punishment at a military prison on March 2, 2016.
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 00:0 on August 12, 2017, entered and intruded into a common entrance that was not set up at and near the stairs near the victim D residing in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu; (b) and (c) after cancelling the password of the locking device in the number number number number number number 1, 5,00,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, installed on the one-story of the first floor; and (d) committed theft from August 12, 2017 to January 6, 2018, the Defendant stolen the bicycle parts in total eight times in total, including the first half of the list of crimes in the list of 1.5,480,000 won.
2. On October 2, 2017, around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a joint entrance with the victim FF residing in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) went into the fourth-story stairs; (c) dismantled a bicycle pedal in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the market price attached to the bicycle that was installed at that place; (d) removed the bicycle pedal with the tools, such as a spacker, etc.; and (e) brought about theft from May 1, 2017 to December 2, 2017, the Defendant stolen the bicycle pedal at least eight times in total, including the 2nd list in the crime list.
3. A thief, on November 25, 2017, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) revoked the password of a 350,000 number of a bicycle set up in front of the 15-9 red-do knick 5-9, a primary bridge for the Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, with a view to getting off the password of the 350,000 won of the market value of the victim’s name, who was the possession of the non-sick box; and (b) cut off.
