A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates the Kimchi Distribution Business Group (State) in Mapo-gu Seoul E-building 1113.

피고인은 G 대통령의 상임특보로 임명된 사실이 없음에도 불구하고 ‘G 대통령 상임특보 A’이라고 인쇄된 명함을 주위 사람들에게 배부하고, G 대통령이 피고인의 생일 등에 맞추어 화분을 보낸 사실이 없음에도 ‘축 생신, 대통령 G’, ‘빠른 쾌유를 빕니다, 대통령 G’라고 기재된 리본을 부착한 화분을 위 (주)F 사무실에 비치하여 마치 G 대통령과 상당한 친분이 있는 것처럼 가장하면서 피해자들로부터 각종 청탁에 대한 활동비 명목 등으로 금원을 편취하기로 마음먹었다.

1. Around February 2013, the Defendant acquired 200 million won from the victim H, by fraud, was asked from the victim H to register the J Industrial Complex, which is one of the Hyundai Motor Cooperative Maintenance Business, as the store store, at the (ju) F Office of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul E-building 1113, and from I, to help the J Industrial Complex, which is the H, to register as the “blub hand” store.

Accordingly, around February 2013, I introduced the defendant to the victim H as a human body that can register his industrial history as a "blub" store because the defendant is in friendship with the persons related to the Hyundai Motor Group, and received the money requested by the defendant from H and delivered it to the defendant.

The defendant is on February 7, 2013 and on February 7, 2013.
