1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around July 2016, the Defendants: (a) purchased and installed 40 games in the “MJ” game machine that was altered by investing funds in the head of the game room; (b) Defendant B took charge of the overall operation of the game room; (c) Defendant C took charge of the so-called “the president of the branch”; and (d) Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F engaged in the operation of the game room in succession by taking charge of the employees’ role of making good faith of customers and exchanging them to customers at the time of crackdown.

1. No one who violates the rating classification shall provide game water for use or store for such purpose, the contents of which are different from the rating classification;

From July 28, 2016 to September 1, 2016, the Defendants: (a) did not have a difficulty setting function in the above J; and (b) provided 40 games of “use arms”, which are game objects classified as not affecting the utilization or outcome of the game, to a degree that does not affect the use or outcome of the game; and (c) provided 40 games of “use arms”, which are mere background screen, to an unspecified number of customers, by altering the amount of prize when a dynamic image, which is a physical and hot screen, appeared, such as a mere background screen, appeared.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide game water different from the rating contents and kept it for use.

2. No one shall exchange any tangible or intangible result obtained through the use of a game product;

The Defendants calculated 10,00 won per one square meter, the center shall be 100,000 won per one square meter, and the left side shall be 500,000 won per one square meter, and 10% of the amount shall be deducted from the commission in cash, if the scores obtained by customers, such as water height, etc., appeared through the use of the above game water, appear on the screen in the location and quantity of water.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit a game product.
