A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence1 through 7 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:00 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) called Asan City’s Defendant and the Defendant’s son’s son’s son’s son, for the reason that the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son was called “where her son was living together;” (b) took several times her head, son, etc.; (c) taken out the son’s son’s body and her son’s son from the son’s son’s son; and (d) took part in the son’s body and son’s son’s son from the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son, etc.; and (d) took part in the son’s body and her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son, and took part in the son’s body as well.
