1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of ten thousand won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants are the ones who operate the E multiple rooms on the D1st century, and are the mother and child of each other.

No person shall engage in any conduct, such as arranging sexual traffic.

Nevertheless, from the beginning of June 2015 to March 2016, Defendant B conspired with the Defendants, from April 2016 to March 7, 2017, Defendant B arranged commercial sex acts by allowing female employees employed in the said multiples to engage in commercial sex acts by having them receive approximately KRW 150,000 to KRW 20,00 per time from the place where the said customers were designated, and by allowing them to engage in commercial sex acts.
