Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B’s joint crime is the operator of G in Jeju F at Jeju, and Defendant B is the employee of the above G.

Defendant A: (a) from September 1, 2016 to October 6, 2016, Defendant A received 150,000 won to 170,000 won from the male customers who found there from the above G; and (b) paid 80,000 won to the female sexual traffic, including I, and had the female sexual traffic have sexual intercourse with the male customer, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
