A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

한편, 손님들이 1만 원을 게임기의 지폐 투입구에 넣으면 게임화면 좌측 하단 ‘Credit’창에 1만 점이 생성되고 게임기의 ‘Start'버튼을 누르면 게임이 실행되어 1게임당 100점씩 감소하는데, 게임이 시작되면 카드가 펼쳐지며 손님들은 원하는 카드를 그대로 보유하고 나머지 카드를 교체하여 최종적으로 가지고 있는 카드가 구성하는 무늬와 숫자에 따라 점수를 획득하고, 이와 같은 진행방식을 통해 획득한 점수는 게임기 하단 ’Bank'창에 표시되는바, 손님들은 위와 같이 게임장에 비치되어 있는 ‘똑딱이’를 이용하여 여러 대의 게임기를 동시에 진행하여 게임 결과에 따라 짧은 시간에 많은 점수를 얻거나 잃게 된다.
