A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is a Chinese national residing in F-5 (F-5) and worked as a tourism worker relative to domestic Chinese tourists, was a person who failed to pass the above qualification examination on acquisition of a national technical qualification witness qualification certificate issued by the Minister of Culture and Sports upon delegation by the Korea National Tourism Organization, but failed to interpret and pool the examination questions in Korean language.

On April 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought from D the phrase “a person who is aware of a person who is able to forge a certificate of qualification as a tourist employee in Korea; and (b) requested the Defendant to send the certificate of qualification as a tourist employee to Korean address after forging the certificate of qualification as a tourist employee by informing the Defendant’s Korean address and contact address.”

On May 7, 2015, the Defendant continued to hear the phrase “F” from E, which was introduced by D, that “I would have to know how the certificate of qualification for Korean tourist employee was created,” and stamped the back of the certificate to “F”. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant lent G tourist employee’s license to be employed as a travel agent at the time of travel, and copied and cans the front and rear of the above certificate at the cross-fluence of the trade name in the location near the Defendant’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and then sent the image file from I, the main owner of the reproduction house, to the Defendant’s e-mail at around 15:40 on the same day, and at around 15:47 on the same day, sent the image file to the “F e-mail” using a forged book.

Therefore, the false statement of the name is the same size as the tourist employee qualification certificate by using the image file of the tourist employee qualification certificate sent by the defendant by e-mail at the place below the above date and time in China.
