1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,160,871 and the interest rate thereon from June 30, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a corporation with the objective of sirening, etc., and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a corporation with the objective of events and equipment sirening, broadcasting facility design and building business, etc., and Defendant C is the representative director of the Defendant Company.

B. Around January 15, 2016, the Defendant Company purchased clor beng 350, which is lighting equipment, from E that sells lighting equipment, etc. with the trade name D. Around January 15, 2016. The Plaintiff purchased the above goods from E by means of financing, and the Defendant Company decided to take the form in which the Plaintiff would recover the monthly rent from the Plaintiff again leased from the Plaintiff in installments. (2) Accordingly, on April 5, 2016, the Plaintiff concluded a joint and several surety agreement with the Defendant Company to set off the principal and the remainder of the lease amount (hereinafter “joint and several surety agreement”) at the lease period of 36 months, interest rate of 4.25% per annum, interest rate of 4.25% per annum, monthly lease rate of 4,769,182 won, contract deposit, 143,750,000 won, and the principal and the remainder of the lease period of the said goods.

3) On January 5, 2017, the Defendant Company purchased approximately 440,24, etc., which is lighting equipment, from E, and paid the price in the same manner as above. 4) Accordingly, on January 12, 2017, the Plaintiff concluded a lease contract between the Defendant Company and the Defendant Company for the lease term of 36 months, the lease interest rate of 5.95% per annum, the lease interest rate of 25% per annum, the lease interest rate of 25% per annum, the monthly lease fee of 1,375,126, the contract bond of 18,120,000, the deposit and the remaining principal amount at the end of the lease term of 2017 (hereinafter “second lease contract”), and the Defendant Company jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation under the above contract.

Section 1. Lease in this Agreement is defined by the Defendant Company.
