Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant is a person engaged in the driving of Category C cargo vehicles.

On May 3, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license at around 08:20 on May 3, 2015, and proceeded with the front road of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent D in Mineyang-si, at the lower village.

At the time, it was a hond road that has been getting off, and there was a duty of care to operate safely by accurately manipulating the front section, the hond section, the hond section, and the brakes.
