Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on September 27, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 1, 2012.

1. Around 22:50 on November 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-cus vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.119% from the 1km section from the front of the English Forest Driving Institute located in Gwangju-si to the front road of the Mash-gu Apartment Apartment apartment in the same Dong from the front of the English Forest Driving Institute located in the same Dong, to the front road of the Mash-gu apartment.

On November 4, 2012, around 00:04, the Defendant: (a) was investigated into a traffic accident under the foregoing paragraph (2) at the Manyang Police Station Estation; (b) the Defendant stated that the Defendant was the driver of the said accident; and (c) accordingly, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant driven the vehicle for the accident to the assistant G affiliated with the Estation at that time; and (b) assisted the Defendant to escape by preparing a written self-written statement to the same effect.
