Basic Facts
The network D (hereinafter referred to as the "the network") is a person who has served as a teacher at the F Middle School located in the North Korean territory E (hereinafter referred to as the "instant school").
The defendant is a press company that publishes articles in B's website (C).
On April 19, 2017, seven of the eight female students of the instant school prepared a school violence confirmation letter stating that “the deceased spawn spawn spawn or spawn spawn shn shn shn shn shn shnn shn shn shn shn shn s
G submitted a certificate of school violence to the Busan District Office of Education and the police, and reported it.
The Deceased was suspected of committing indecent acts by using class hours and inquiry hours from March 2016 to April 2017 by female students attending the instant school by taking advantage of the class hours and inquiry hours. The Deceased was subject to internal investigation by the previous North Korean Police Agency.
On April 28, 2017, the Jeonbuk Provincial Police Agency concluded the instant case on the ground that “the fact that the suspected victim was satisfing the victim’s body, or that the victim was satisfyd to have any physical contact with him/her during his/her learning guidance, and that it would be difficult to view the suspected victim as having any intent to commit an indecent act due to his/her act committed in the face of the victim, and that the degree of such act is not likely to be subject to criticism under social norms.”

On August 5, 2017, the Deceased committed suicide while being investigated by the Office of Education of Jeollabuk-do and the Council for Deliberation on Students' Human Rights.
