A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of intrusion in the night room: (b) around 19:52, 2015, the Defendant was aware that he/she was aware of the purchase of the goods owned by the Defendant by intrusion into the victim’s lodging room by using a crepan in which the victim’s “C” was located at the employees’ lodging room located B, and was aware of the purchase of the goods owned by the Defendant; and (c) by E and F, who was aware of the fact that he/she stolen the property owned by the victim, 1.2 million won of the market price owned by the victim, 1.2 million won of the computer monitor at the market price, and 500,000 won of the market price.

2. Larceny;

A. On February 2013, the Defendant cut off KRW 10,000,000 in cash on the victim G’s wall, a staff member of the said “C”, at the victim G’s lodging room, who was on his/her book.

B. On March 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 160,000,000 in cash owned by the victim J, an employee of H, “I” located in the Yangju-si; (b) at the victim J’s lodging room; and (c) at the victim J, the victim’s cash owned by the victim located in that place.

On April 28, 2015, the Defendant stolen KRW 300,000,000 in cash owned by the said victim, which was located in the lower bank, at around 20:00, at the place described in the above B-Ba, at around 20:0.
