1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 73,423,384 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 23, 2009 to May 14, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant medical corporation B is a foundation that operates the E Hospital located in Jeju City D (hereinafter “the defendant hospital”), and the defendant C is a NWW doctor who was affiliated with the defendant hospital.

B. (1) On May 16, 2009, the Plaintiff suffered from injury, such as chest 7, 8 alley and dys damage, which require treatment for about 32 weeks, due to assault from F before the Plaintiff’s house, around 22:00.

(hereinafter “the instant injury”). At around 22:47 on the same day, the Plaintiff complained of the pain and satise satisfy, and was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital’s emergency room, resulting in the Defendant hospital’s complainting of the pain and satisfy.

(2) From around 09:05 to 15:30 on May 23, 2009, Defendant C performed “the instant surgery” against the Plaintiff, “the instant surgery” (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

C. After the surgery, the Plaintiff appealed that it is difficult to walk on the left side of the bridge until the discharge after the surgery of the instant case, and that there was an obstacle to the side and kneeing.

On June 11, 2009, the Plaintiff was discharged from the Defendant Hospital.

The second surgery and progress (1) The Plaintiff was at the time of receiving rehabilitation treatment with respect to marinas which were not provided at another hospital, and was able to have pressured on the course of the operation and progress. On November 25, 2009, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital again.

On November 26, 2009, on the following day, the Plaintiff took charge of “the removal of metals for fixing vertebrate” (hereinafter “the second operation”) to remove brates inserted into the left side of 11 in vertebrates No. 2009.

The plaintiff was discharged from the defendant hospital on December 14, 2009.

(2) The Defendant hospital is identical to the Plaintiff from June 11, 2009 to August 13, 2010, out of the rehabilitation treatment costs of KRW 948,900, and from November 25, 2009.
